HaPpY bIrThDaY jErRy!

Jerry is not one to really care much about his birthday so we don't really do much to celebrate it. If it was his choice he wouldn't have birthday cake but I love birthdays so he has no choice but to have a cake. When Jerry was little he loved GI Joes and his friends used to call him General Jerry so I took that information and made him a little GI Joe birthday cake. It's not amazing or anything but it turned out a lot better than I thought it would.

Jerry with his cake!

This is the card I gave him for his birthday!

I wanted him to wear the sticker to work but he refused, not sure why though.
Jerry I love ya lots and I hope you have had a great day, even though you don't really care for birthdays!!!

BiG hOrN mOuNtAiNs

We live so close to the Big Horn Mountains and Jerry had the last couple of days off so we decided to take a camping trip up there on Thursday and Friday. We had a lot of fun seeing the wildlife, attempting to fish, and enjoying each others company. However we weren't too keen on the idea of getting eaten alive by the mosquitos. We really should have taken advantage of the genius who invented mosquito replenant but we weren't bright enough to remember to take it with us. I only got bit about 7 times but poor Jerry got bit about 30 times. Where we were camping was close to Shell Falls so on Friday we drove down to see the falls too, which are quite beautiful. I love summer time for the camping but it's hard to be far from my family because that is something we always do during the summer and is something that my dad absolutely loved to do. I'm glad that Jerry loves to camp too so that we can keep that tradition alive when with our little family of just me and him and eventually with our own family.

This are two of the many Bucks we saw while camping. It made Jerry very happy to see them because this is the same area he will be hunting in this Fall.

This is the view we had while camping.
